While rOckY may be in need of serious disinfection himself given his horribly runny nose, he tries to take the time to day to force out a GeekyCast and talk about the basics of emergency computer recovery and how to squeeze out a bit more performance when visiting a friend's computer.

This is a quick run down of things he removes and things he adds in to make computers run better and is generally a free service for nearby friends unless they decide to give him 250Gb external hard drives.
